A bit more about my background...

I bring over a decade of experience working at the intersection of luxury hospitality, talent acquisition, and people-centered organizations. Across hotels, wellness spaces, and creative environments, my work has focused on high-touch relationships, trust-building, and supporting people through moments of transition and change. Hospitality trained me to read a room, attune to what is unspoken, and create environments where people feel seen and at ease. That sensibility shapes how I connect with people. My endless curiosity has always guided me.

Alongside this, my career in recruitment and talent acquisition sharpened my ability to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and help people navigate decisions when the path forward is not linear. I have spent years holding nuanced conversations around work, identity, leadership, and purpose, often when clarity feels just out of reach.

I also draw from a range of reflective tools and frameworks that support self-understanding and aligned decision-making. These may include systems like Human Design when useful, always offered as lenses rather than prescriptions. No belief is required. Curiosity is enough. At the core, what I offer is a bird's eye view for people to identify what matters, make sense of complexity, and move forward with clarity in a way that feels steady, thoughtful, and real.
